• Debride wounds with eschar and other matters preventing closure
• Perform HBOT
• Evaluate for vascular disease
• Look for other confounding issues with poorly closing wounds, especially with medication side effects
• PVD and advanced lipidology
• Skin hygiene
• Diabetes
• Wounds that are ischemic or infectious
• Burns: Chemical/thermal

HBO Tank:
- Radionecrosis of skin from cancer treatments
- Diabetic ulcers
- Ischemic wounds (after revascularization)
